Last sunday we went to a nearby wine brewery here in central Mexico. This was my second visit but to be honest the process is too complicated for me to memorize.
As far as i recall the bottle has to be positioned differently according to the fermentation phase the wine is going trought... i'm bad with wine. I don't know how to drink it, or where or what you're supposed to eat with each type. Guess i'm not that refined.
